Prime Minister and Mrs Harper open their home for JUNO reception
Artists and members of the music community were treated to a reception at the home of Prime Minister and Mrs Harper during JUNO festivities in Ottawa. The event was designed to recognize the important contribution of Canada's JUNO nominated artists, and simply, to celebrate music.
As guests arrived, Prime Minister Harper played the grand piano in collaboration with Herringbone, an Ottawa band which he occasionally joins.
Later in the afternoon a few of the JUNO nominees in attendance joined in.
